Do you make custom sizes?

No. Unfortunately, custom sizing is not an option at this time. Minor tweaks may be made to an existing size, but please contact to discuss this before your order is placed. I would love to be able to make sizes for every shape and size dog there is, but unfortunately there just isn’t the time!

When will my order be dispatched?

As all the items are currently made to order, orders are subject to processing times. Processing times can be found on the Home Page of the website. This is updated with the seasons, and to reflect the current times. Processing times are a best and most accurate guess, and can sometimes be over or under depending on the volume of orders that have been placed recently. Keeping within these times is something that is strived for, but please allow a little give from September - April. For more information on Processing Times, please see the Terms & Conditions page.

Why can’t you give specific processing times?

There are a very large amount of factors that contribute to how quickly I can complete an order, so processing times have to be my general best guess from past experience. Each item takes a different amount of time to make, orders vary in size, volume of orders change with the season and can change as largely as 2 orders a week to 20 orders a day. These examples and more mean there’s no set way for me to be able to say for sure, and I really wouldn’t want to promise something when I most likely will not be able to keep it. Orders may also be out sooner than the times listed where a smaller order is placed, or during spring/summer when processing times are dropping rapidly for example.

Why are processing times longer in the winter?

Simply, there are more people buying in Winter. Beating the wait times and purchasing clothing in warmer months is a sure fire way to make sure you have clothing prepared for when the weather gets chilly.

I don’t want to wait the processing times stated to receive my order, do you have a fast track option?

I am not currently able to offer a fast track option for orders. All my clothing is made and sent in the order the orders were placed. This is to keep processing times equal to everyone, and no one is left waiting unusually long for an order. All the clothes on the website are made by me, from cutting out the pieces, right up to sending in the mail, and this process can be time consuming. This means that each individual piece is made specially for the customer, bespoke for one pup. There are a limited amount of ready made items on the website that can be shipped straight away, however, if you are wanting products to arrive a little faster than I can provide, you might want to look for a more suitable company who stock ready made clothing.

I didn’t receive my email confirmation for my order?

Usually, if you did not receive your email confirmation straight through to your inbox, it has been filtered into your junk folder, so please check there first. There can sometimes be a typo on the email provided on the order. If the confirmation is not in your junk folder, then please feel free to contact to find out. If your confirmation email is in your junk folder, please also keep an eye on it for your shipping email, in case that too ends up there.

My order doesn’t fit my dog, can I send it back? (And other questions regarding returns and exchanges)

Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns or offer exchanges due to each and every item being made to order and bespoke to your request. This means that there is no guarantee of resale on that item, or the resale price has to be lowered to sell. The majority of products I make are made from very small batches of fabric, making it more difficult to provide a replacement. Emails asking for returns for any other reason than the item being damaged on arrival may not be responded to during busy periods. This is due to the large volume of messages that are received daily. If you are unsure on sizing, colours, styles etc, please contact asking questions before placing your order. If your item has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact as soon as you receive the package. Delays on contacting may mean the item can not be replaced.

I have answered all the frequently asked questions I receive the most here, on the terms & conditions page, on the sizing page, the home page, and on email confirmations (depending on the nature of the question), but if you are still unable to find the answer the best way to contact me is by emailing direct, or replying to confirmation emails. Please avoid contact via social media as they can be easily missed!
